Refund policy

Each Mulgaro piece is handcrafted with time, care, and intention.
Because of the unique, made-by-hand nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to arrange an exchange if needed.

If your order isn’t quite right, please email us within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in full packaging.

Please note:
– We do not accept returns for refunds
– Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– We recommend using a tracked service for any returns
– Once your exchange is approved and received, we’ll arrange the replacement

This policy helps us protect the integrity of our handmade process and ensures that each piece goes to someone who truly connects with it.
