Refund and Return Policy

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at MULGARO.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Final sale items
• Personalised jewellery
